With the Speedforce discovered, who knows who else in the Sonic Verse could harness. I'm sure Sonic would be able to discover and harness it first. Only a matter of time until other speedsters, such as Shadow and Silver, could also potentially harness it. Though, Eggman would no doubt be intrigued of the Speed Force and even try to harness it himself as well.. with potential success.
