and It's Bubble from Powerpuff Girls as an Adult :3

I tryed to make her look a little like the Teen version but still a little diffrent of course

I notice the bubbles on the end of her dress just like the blossoms on the end of Blossom top and the buttercups on the end on Buttercup's top
