Description
This is another OC for the TV series "Tugs" that I've been kicking around in my head lately.
Ruby is a switcher tugboat (like Ten Cents and Sunshine), and she is the newest member of the Star Fleet. She likes to stick with her own ideas, and she can get bossy and cross if her friends don't listen to her. Overall, Ruby is a smart and funny tugboat with a loyal and determined will and tomboyish attitude. Ten Cents also harbors (no pun intended) a little crush on her.

Ruby is originally from a gem-mining city called Westcoast. She used to work with a fleet of four other tugboats, whom she referred to as her "sisters": Diamond, Sapphire, Amethyst, and Citrine; Ruby is the "middle child" of the five. Ruby always wanted to do what she wanted in Westcoast, but the fleet's mistress, Captain Gemma, wouldn't allow her tough tomboy and think-I-know-it-all attitude, so she sold her off to Captain's Star's fleet, as that captain was in need of another switcher to trial. Ruby, of course, liked working on the Star Fleet better, and after proving herself by rescuing a yacht in danger with the help of Ten Cents and Sunshine, Ruby permanently joined the Star Fleet.
She speaks with a Lancashire accent.
Her voice actress is Susan Sheridan.
PS: I'm planning to feature her in a few short stories after I finish my main fanfic about Chloe.
