All of my adoptables are completely yours upon purchase.
You may:
Resell at any price
Sell merchandise with that design
Use in your own stories or comics or roleplays
Post the design anywhere you like (though I suggest in lower resolution or with watermarks to prevent it from getting stolen)
Edit the design
You May not:
Use the image of the adoptable drawn by me to sell on merchandise (you can create new ones though, or commission me to work something out)
Claim the original design as having been created by you (which would just be dishonest, who would do that)
Sell the design if you don't own it.

I may use the design in my portfolio as an example of character design, but upon purchase I pass all rights to the design to the buyer.
