Painting exercise with white, black and gold gouache. First time trying this medium for illustration and what an experience!

I'll be doing more traditional art pieces from now one due to a condition I developed in my eyes (trying to stay away from screens as much as possible :S)

What do you think? Anyone tried gouache before? If so, how was your experience? Any tips?
