Well I personally wouldn't square root the Victini, but that's just my opinion.

I really only see Victini in Ninfia in terms of facial details (especially the mouth). Most of everything else reminded me of the Normal-type "healer" PokΓ©mon, like the Chansey family and Audino.

by comparison, maybe looks a little scruffy, tiny tufts on the head and stuff, but not ugly.
