I love linux, and i downloaded the latest Arch COD build... and i was SO incredibly lost on how to install a desktop environment.

If you want gnome, then type this: sudo pacman -S gnome gnome-extra

you should try archbang first. Arch will slowly grow on to you that way. Atleast thats the way I did it

One thing I've noticed is that Arch users love showing to everyone that they use Arch by using and Arch Linux wallpaper. That's a sign of a very good distro
