Did you, like used glue? or... Smoldered the metal bits? Maybe both?
It just looks so awesome, i'd really wish i could come up with something awesome like that!

I used a cheap two-part epoxy resin we had lying around. In hindsight it was the worst possible way, because it was just too sticky and messy! If I do anything like this again in future I'd like to either learn to solder, or I'll use a hot glue gun.
And thanks, I'm glad you like it! I was given a bunch of broken watches, and after I pulled them apart this was all I could think to do with the pieces left over!

Really cool!! Made me think of the book The Cabinet of Wonders by Marie Rutoski. I read that book a couple of years ago, but the main character has a spider that would look like that!
