guess which loser saw the villainous pilot, remembered their heroic au tht they drew a couple of times but never touched upon it ever again? me im the loser. virtuous is back babeys, ive been on a roll on re-developing ideas & concepts, including headcanons for the canon cast! for those who dont know, this white hat organization exists in the same universe as the black hat organization as rivals;;

white hat is black hat's younger twin brother, the founder of the WHO. though eccentric, ditzy and has thor's level of idiocy regarding human culture, his heart is pure & wants the best of everyone around him, but many have made the mistake of underestimating him through this exterior-- he is not as naive as one would expect; one experience after a million more taught him when to draw the line and bare his teeth, w.h. knows damn well when a villain is beyond redemption see: his once beloved brother. he and b.h. have not spoken, let alone seen, each other in millennia, with the latter assuming the other is a too much a coward to face him head on, hence why he believes there is no hero to offset him.

professer meer schiff is the head scientist of WHO. as a matter of fact,he's its only scientist. a former villain that terrorized the seas with his beastly cruisers and ghastly bioexperiments and once a good friend to a certain other evil genius, meer was taken in by w.h. after barely escaping with his life from double-crossing his fellow villains. he started out as a reluctant hero, but gradually warmed up to this new role as he realized thats where his values truly lay. the very definition of a big edgy jerk with a heart of gold.

harmonia, or just harmony, is the team's mom. before WHO, she was a street vigilante ready to beat any wrongdoer to a pulp, before heroism was a life in a confined human experiment department, the result of her cat-like mutation. she may or may not have had connections to demencia, who may or maaaay not have been a fellow inmate that supposedly 'died.' who knows, harmony doesnt talk about it! she is the best friend one could ever have; caring and wiling to lending an ear if you have problems, but is not one to be taken advantage of-- she will catch on and she will snap.

6.0.9. is one of meer's runaway experiments, 'taken in' by WHO, where they reunited with their creator by sheer coincidence. a jumble of various animal dna, 6.0.9 is a chaotic force to be reckoned with, used as a fearmonger in interrogations & only released upon the worst villains. white hat & meer avoid them like the plague, 609 barely has any respect for the former and loathes the latter & isnt above treating him as a chew toy. the only person they care about is their mama harmony.
