Above all, I liked this image. Don't think that a front kick could be equally effective against testicles. Also adding that the testicles are crushed and beaten. Double effect.

I donβt know how effective that kick would be on a man, but imagine it with the force and speed of a super augmented human.

I think it would be quite effective too. Upon reaching the testicles, any blow, however small, is already painful.
Also, I think it would be much more devastating to me. Due to my appearance, my legs are wide. My overweight is focused on the thighs. This causes my genitals to be in front, resting on my thighs instead of between my legs.
I think a kick like that, head-on, would be terribly devastating. Because in addition to the blow, I receive the crush against my thighs. As a double effect.
Terrible.
