i'll try to explain X)
Yuao just found out from an old newspaper that her father was captured by ccg and sent to the ghoul detention center/killed and all this shit happened to them because of Goro (a long-ago friend of yuao's family, he is a ghoul too, he escaped from kokuria long time ago). he just showed to doves the way to yuao's house and then ghoul investigators suddenly attacked ;0 Yusuge (yuao's father) said "TSURARA(yuao's mother), YUAO, GET OUT OF HERE AND RUN, I'LL TRY TO STOP THEM"
as a result, yusuge disappeared
