I just made it up. but I look at a lot of life for inspiration. when I'm just out and about I stare at stuff and recall on those memories. they're not always accurate though

Very, very awesome. I am in total envy of how you did this. So I found how you did the white, but what are the other materials, a part of me wants to say ink just with the blending... maybe marker..

i used a pentel pocket brush pen. the "blending" effect is really just a dry brush effect. and white out. thats basically it.
