Mischievous is the right word to describe Maxine!
He doesn't have a blood link with Seraphin, he dislikes the little boy because he took his place as the trainer's partner pkmn, and is extremely jealous (He once was a shiny kirlia too, and is afraid of being replaced by Seprahin because he can't be a shiny kirlia anymore).
But he does have a twin brother, Lis, my other mega gardevoir. Maxine is the "evil" twin of the pair.
