I used modeling clay to sculpt the cat teeth over a plaster model of my real ones, then made a mold of that.. Then used dental acrylic in the mold and put the plaster teeth in the mold while the acrylic was still wet. Then sanded, polished, and glazed them.
If you're thinking of making some yourself, I would spend some time really researching the process first.
