A group of handmade polymer clay cabochons with fall flavor.

Hi, I'm so interested in your works! May I ask you some questions? What do you use to paint the polymer clay? They're all looked amazing. and... Where can we get those glossy glass/crystal? What do we call them? I need your information, I'm studying art and design in university. It's my first year and I'm so curious!

Hello
Most of the color in this group comes from the clay. Little color was added except for a touch of Rub'n Buff metallic wax on a couple of them and powdered pigments on one of the leaves. If I do use paints it is acrylics.
The glass pieces are usually called glass gems. They are like marbles that melted into flat drops and can be found at arts and crafts stores and many other places. They are relatively inexpensive too.

LOL! That is exactly where I found them! I need to go to garage sales as those pendants at Michaels are a bit on the pricey side. I went there over the weekend and spent over $80, and I had put some things back on the shelf. I'm a kid in a candy store when I go there.
