Kiera does look adoreable here. And yer right!! It's really thanks to her they have zoomer races and buggies in the first place!! ( I'm going with teh theory buggies were made after zoomers ) The pink top is precious on her. and the little blush she has under her wink is a pretty sweet thaaang. GO Mandy GO!!!
