Description
I was flicking through a book about bugs one day when I saw a photograph of the Red Assassin bug. I thought it had a very interesting appearance and felt the need to pokemon-ify it. And so we have Seclussin. The name is a combination of the words 'seclusive' and 'assassin'. I sort of took the assassin part of the name a little literally when designing it
Seclussin, the Stealth Pokemon
Bug/Dark type
Abilities: Infiltrator/Sniper (Hidden ability - Frisk)
"Seclussin are lithe and stealthy pokemon that sneak up on their prey so effectively that they are rarely noticed doing so. Their sharp mouths are their greatest weapon, earning them the nickname 'Deadly Kiss'."
The kiss of death part is a reference to the fact that some assassin bugs like to drink blood rather than other insects' juices and are known as 'kissing bugs'...
