I once had a nightmare about facing something like this, thousands of feet in the air on a floating platform of shiny black stone. The world below was on fire, and this thing stood across the platform from me. I was holding a three foot long pair of scissors, sharpened on the inside and out. If I remember correctly, I wasn't actually all that afraid. I turned around and dove off the platform. I was thinking something like "Catch me if you can, you mouth breather", and then I woke up. 

Anyway, nicely drawn, and nicely done.
