Katalyn and Eddard I would have to say is the most romantic, especially since they have two different religions, and in this world that is often never the case. I doubt I would get along well with a Catholic, especially with me being AG...unless we came to an agreement mainly focused on serving God. I would say that Missendi and Grey worm is just as romantic but I haven't seen it develop as well as Ned and Catalyn but I like it so much because she doesn't care if he's a eunuch, plus she was probably sexually abused and now she feels free with him.

Hmm, I'm not sure I would say she had it coming.
Nothing Tyrion did was Β in self-defense because he could have just snuck off with Varys and sailed away safely without hurting anyone. I'm inclined to sayΒ murder of Tywin was justified given the years of emotional abuse Tyrion suffered from him piled on top of the fact that Tywin knew Tyrion was innocent and had the power to put an end to Cersei's witch-hunt of a trial, but he chose to do nothing and sentenced Tyrion to death. Shae, however, is another story.
Shae was very vulnerable and she knew it, Cersei or Tywin could have her killed without batting an eyelash. So if Cersei asked her to lie about Tyrion (similar to the deal she offered Pod - remember when Pod rejcted it Tyrion insisted he leave the city for his own safety), I think she would give in. Similarly, if Tywin came asking for sexual favors Shae would know better than to refuse. That, in it's own way, could be considered self-defense. She was still disloyal to Tyrion and played a role (however small) in his conviction, but I wouldn't say she deserved to die for such.
Anyways, I still love Tyrion as a character in spite of this opinion, he was never really meant to be a pure "good" guy or a "bad" guy anyways, he's one of the show's most complex characters.Β

Playing a role in breaking Tyrion at his trial was bad enough, but yes, she could have been threatened.Β But we do recall where we found her afterwards?Β She could've left at that point, she must've had a small fortune in bribes from Cersei and Varys and Tyrion and enough gold to buy herself a nice little place in the countryside, yet we find her in bed with Tyrion's father.Β She'd betrayed him quite thoroughly.
I suppose we can agree to disagree though.Β Death may have been a bit harsh, but... it's Westeros, after all.

Not to forget that she played Tyrion like a puppet. She knew about his first love and how it ended and i do not doubt that tyrion not only killed her for the betrayal in the courtroom but also because he wanted to punish her for being what he always feared she would be, a lying whore and himself for still falling in love with her.Β
Also we forget that she probably decided to betray him by herself without alot of prompting by others, as she was put on a ship by Bronn and had to leave stealthily on her own. She probably wanted to punish Tyrion for daring to send her away...if that made her a maitresse of the most powerful person in kingslanding even better.
