I'm not saying I don't agree with these comments but there's a nicer way to say these things. And they actually were. They even hid my comments because they didn't know how to respond. I'm a lot of things but butthurt is not one of them.Β

If you can't do a good critique, then don't do one at all. And I know those are true. But did you even read the things I just quoted? It's unprofessional to give insults instead of saying them the way they are. She could have said that the eyes were a little big instead of "those eyes dear lord". And why would I pester Star about it? She didn't make this bad critique. You make no sense you ignorant white knight. I can tell you're just defending her because she's your friend. People just abuse the term bully now that it can't be taken seriously any more. the same is with other things that people just abuse. i would of thought parents would teach their kids the meaning 'of bullying' but this year just shows that most parents are becoming lazy and not bothering in teaching kids most things theses days.

The term "bullying" is thrown around so much these days; it has lost it's meaning. A while ago, I grilled some 27 year old who thought screen caps on FB about calling people's bullshit out was "bullying". Same with another person who said that someone making a rainbow coloured Lion OC as satire due to all the neon coloured Lion King OCs.Β
People are quick to jump to calling someone a "Bully" over such things. If I didn't accept harsh criticism on my RP skills, I wouldn't be writing Novella sized posts now.Β
Star's art is all the same, though. Same copy and paste bodies that have little or no effort on them. Even if I don't support this; she be better off using a premade base and practising basic body shapes and creature anatomy before making them look like circles attached to a sausage with Kraft Noodle limbs.Β
Age doesn't matter. I knew a 12 year old who had perfect grammar and great writing skills. She accepted crit, harsh or not. She was WILLING to learn.Β
I had to accept it with my video editing skills.Β

I still think it would've been more professional to say how she could improve the "sausage limbs". But you've made a good point. And age does matter. She probably just started drawing a little while ago. This is the age many start drawing.Β

Not everyone starts drawing at age 13. I seen some wonderful art drawn by Nine and ten year olds when I helped tutor some children at a school. Some asked for help or asked how something should look.Β

uhhh okay my first critique xDDD
Umm...
So.
Here I go..
First off.. the hind legs.. they're not that good. They're kinda.. noodle looking. It took me a minute to figure out that those were legs. And. All you did was take the lineart and copy and pasted it flipping it horizontally. That's not really drawing. They're eyes are huuugeeeee.
And, You just used the circle tool for their heads.. thats not what it's supposed to be.. and the muzzles are like.. I dont even know.. and the ears dont seem that good ^^' Also.. the background isn't great either. Its just two different bland colors on each other.. sooo All in all this is just another one of your drawings.. they're all basically the same.....
