Happy birthday !!
(though I'm late >< )
No I didn't forget, just been lazy/busy/procrastinating ....
Anyway, nothing fancy this year, compared to last year... I... can't draw couple pics lately >___< So instead he gets a portrait. This started out as normal portrait in his commander uniform, and then for some reason he turned out looking very young XD So ~Mirinee (who didn't draw anything for his birthday..) said to make it young Mwu, so I gave him the normal EA uniform instead of the commander one.
Yay for random cloud+sky background! Mwu likes to fly in the sky, so there.

hey Maple, do you by any chance do requests/commissions? I'd love to see some of my characters drawn in your style, since your style is so faithful to Hirai's own work.
My style takes more than a cue from Hisashi Hirai's art too, but I don't think I'm as good at it as you are.

haha, I don't really have my own style I think.. when I draw fanart I try to mimick the style of the original artist (reference pictures help a lot XD)
um, I'm not really taking requests/commissions at the moment 'cause I'm busy and have my own (long) list of art projects as well

Happy 28th to him. Nay, I think his hair's just fine. If anything, I'd complain about his eyebrows. Did you spend the same amount of time on this year's picture as last year's? I do love the clouds (infinitely better than my labelled cloud that time ><
I wonder if I should be feeling bad not drawing more fan art, but cut me some slack. I've drawn enough pictures of this guy, and not yet one of No--I mean Mr. Hyde.
