Jeff was born into a wealthy and lavish lifestyle with his mother, father, and older brother, Harold. He spent most of his life pampered and carefree, but over the years he had developed a drinking habit, became very promiscuous, and dangerously reckless. Now an embarrassment to the family, he was kicked out of his lifelong home and his family cut their ties with him completely. From there he lived as a street rat, often committing petty crimes just to survive until he was finally caught and arrested after attempting to pickpocket from who would soon be a future co-worker.
As luck would have it, he was bailed out of jail by the same man and was presented a job opportunity in the crime life under his boss. Jeff accepted, and due to his...somewhat questionable nature, he was able to adjust to the unforgiving lifestyle fairly quickly.

Jeff's typically vulgar, short-tempered, and a grade A pervert. With a few rare exceptions, he only acts nice if he wants/needs something. He's very compulsive and usually makes decisions on a whim without stopping to think of the consequences. Everyone agrees that he's bad for business, but they're forced to keep him around due to his more criminal talents.
