Description
Souter was created as a Toa of Magnetism. During an attack by rahkshi, he was knocked into a tank of molten protdermis, destroying his body. But his soul somehow survived, with small traces of his elemental abilities left. Using what remained of his powers, he created a new body for himself. But when he returned to his village, his teammates mistaked him for a dark hunter and attacked him. He fled, and eventually wanderd into a Makuta scientist. In exchange for not telling anyone about his location, Souter had the makuta upgrage his body. When the upgrades were done, his body was reinforced with protosteel, and he was now able to teleport; the Makuta also gave him two blades, but Souter killed the Makuta and fled, starting a career as a bounty hunter.

Powers/Abilities: Souter is able to teleport to any location within his field of view. He wars a powerless Kanohi Sicar, the mask of assassination. He caries two elemental absorbtion blades, which absorb any elemental attack, and launches it back at the attacker.
