My first try at star photography. Took these in our garden. I'm sooo happyyyyyyy ;U; you can see a glimpse of the milky way and a shooting star, my night is perfect...Related content

I can see eleven different constellations in these images, Cygnus, Lyra, Delphinus, Vulpecula, Sagitta, Hercules, Draco, Ursa Minor, Cepheus, Lacerta and Cassiopeia.
You really had luck to immortalize even a single meteor. Great work for that. Β

You're welcome.
The constellations are the simpelest way of knowing where you are on Earth. For instance, you can estimate the latitude you are in by measuring how high above the horizon the North Star is.

I bought a nikon D3200 kit, it came with a 18-55 lens and I used that ;U;

exposure was 25 seconds and aperture 3,5 <8

I don't think we have THAT much light pollution here I could see the milky way, just a glimpse of it, with my eyes as well, and yeah it was a bit cloudy..
