He is wearing a mixture of Arabian-Hindu and Elf like clothes with Ruby stones and Precious golden accessories!
His Left arm made of black iron and magic, is holding his waist robe!

Oh my goodness hun, he is hunk! I love how you mixed the styles of clothing and added the Arabic and Hindu jewelry too. The green really contrasts nicely with Ru-bis's red hair and dark skin. And I must say I love the peacock feathers he has in his head dress. Then for his arm, is that armor or something else? And the lines around his face are hey burn scars? But I cleverly see that you did the red strong of fate around his wrist, wonderful symbolism here!
