He doesnt need a 'copyright' for the image as its free line art given by the owner for people to do as they please, as StePandy says in the 2nd line of the page you linked.
He did exactly what she asked, which was credit her art - On every image he notes: Tut By Him, lineart by StePandy.

YW and thanks for the Tutorial, I sometimes like to go back and colour some of the stuff i've Inked and this is the simplest explanation of how to seperate the lineart i've seen
