I finally got around do finishing this thing! Jeebus...I've had the sketchbook scan sitting on my computer for so long but never touched it.
School and Resident Evil 6 wasn't helping me stay focused either
I went ahead and TRIED to make my own background from scratch.
I was trying to go for a distant kind of blurry focus perspective. Not sure if I pulled it off very well or not, I'll leave that for you guys to decide.
If there are things I can do do improve the background or picture in general, feel free to say so.
Anyway, hope you like the picture!

Glorious. This needs to be a thing. Where are their tethers though? They gotta be hooked onto something!
Also, if you want to make a more believable sense of perspective, try making the buildings smaller and neater. Sure, you'll be blurring the background anyway but getting everything down nicely beforehand will help out a lot!

adding the wires shoulnt be a problem, but the background unfortunately is another story. I did the majority of it on 1 layer like an idiot. I was just fooling around when i made it, remaking it's gonna be hard to do
