This is an awesome piece of work you have made here. Β The fact that these are my favorite starters in the entire series makes me love this picture even more. Β I do not know why, but I feel that awesome look of the starters has decreased after the 4th generation. Β Still love the games, but the starts have felt a little bland.

I know what you mean. But if you think about it the original designer of the pokemon died alittle bit after the gen III so they've been trying to get a decent designer as far as I can tell
