Wonderful.
It looks like a tapestry.
I also keep trying to find the way out of the little mazes! Crazy.

Like your topography of the mind , there's no way out! Only uphill or downhill.

Mm, thats interesting.
When I painted that I didn't feel or even think about it being a closed or restricted environment trying to find a way out.
Not unlike your maze, there is a new view over every hill or around every corner. New stuff to learn and explore.
Maybe the number of hills and valleys in my painting are enough for me to explore for one life time! LOL
Nuh, never. I'll always want to go over the next hill and the next one and the next.

Its a bit odd, but this image you have created is very similar, except for the angles, to a textile piece I am currently working on. If you see it posted on dA I hope you don't think I have stolen the idea!
Not that I was going to stitch a little maze across the whole surface! If that was the case I'd run out of time to get over the next hill.

Yes, so many hills [link] and so little time. Deciding where to go and what to look at is always a problem for me.

How do you find time to eat and sleep?
Goodness, there is a lot of work, ideas, theories and patterns on your web site.

The simple aperiodic patterns are a patchworkers wet dream!
(I design patchwork quilts to earn a living). Endless combinations of the triangle, square and rectangle.

I can see your problem Mark.
Thanks for finding the time to share.
Fascinating. Would love to know more but I don't think I would understand. Hocus-pocus text? LOL
But I will go back and look some more.
