I don't usually do symmetrical; but this is what just popped up on opening the Navigator, so for the first time I didn't actually have to ferret around to find a pleasing PoV!

great, and not "symmetrical" - remember thar sierphilbert is a tetrahedral formula... there are differences in right and left sides.

anyway can't see a curvature in r and l sides; probably you undone the deformation setting equal radiuses.

Yeah, I realise that it's not strictly symmetrical Luca, but
it is compared to my usual stuff!
There were curved elements in the fractal, just not visible
from this viewpoint, and I generally use the 'rectilinear lens'
setting anyway.
Cheers buddy!

Like Flying into Hong Kong, the landing approach takes you right through the center of Highrise Apts, you see peoples laundry hanging on the Balconies right outside your window, SCAREY

See what you mean Len; alas I've never been to Hong Kong, but seen footage of the approach, extremely hairy looking!

Was through HK several times in the late 80s, the Pacific route into Nepal, I freaked the first time. Late at night, looked out the windows on approach and nearly jumped outa my seat, looking into peoples Apts. TVs flickering, laundry flapping on the Balconies, I flashed straight to Blade Runner, just wild.
