TeePublic has a smaller product selection while Redbubble has maybe too many products (imo). But that's the biggest difference I could tell you.

I had some shirts for my band made by a private company I happened to find near where I live.
I'm sure if you've got the money and time, you can put together something!

Redbubble has it where it's only made when a kind is bought. They're more on the expensive side, but it's a reliable way for artists to produce merch in multiple ways.
I'd totally buy this.
