Great art! I actually almost thought that this was just a picture of Derpy from the cartoon.

Originality? I hate to say it, but it certainly isn't the most original thing. The good ol' wall-eyed Derpy pegasus flying--Can be depicted in many ways! Try something new next time.
Technique--Your artistic technique is awesome, obviously, since the picture turned out like this. I can't really say anything much more about technique, as there isn't much to say.
The impact of this picture, before the whole Derpy predicament, wouldn't have been much, but if this picture were used in some sort of campaign to bring back Derpy as her original self, I'm pretty sure the impact of this picture could be the game-changer for that campaign.
All in all, I'd say 4.5/5 stars.

Her eyes are adorable, and so are her wings, her cutie mark, color, mane and tail, and the backround!!! She looks adorable in every way. Others might have said "try harder" or "not your best work, though nice try", but all I have to say is--- Well done, well done I say!!! Derpy looks perfect in this photo! Very good Picture you got there, I love her pose, I'm not sure why it gives her a more three dimensional and "Living" Look. One criticism; she looks a little thin, Not "Anorexic-Thin" But where her legs start makes them look a bit off-shape as well. Otherwise; Fantastic!
