i usually starts drawing the eyes them the nose and mouth then the head shape....I'm not really good at doing hair but you could use hb for the thin lines as base then smudge it then put another layer (darker pencil, well it depends)until the desired outcome, and don't forget to put highlights u can use eraser for that....and the teeth is not really white..u should shade it and put highlights...hope that helps hehe.
