Kirin, also 1 of my fav monster from Capcom's Monster Hunter game series
& despite it's horse/unicorn-like appearance, Kirin is not categorized as a beast, but as ancient dragon that control thunder & lightning in the game
Kirin size is relatively small too if compared to the other ancient dragons, but it got a lightning fast speed & movement, its lightning/thunder attack can cover both close range to long range too; thus Kirin can't be taken down as easy as one might think, unless the hunters are well prepared
anyway, as like the previous Tigarex pic, this one was also done with color pencils, but with different kind of paper

definitely one of my favorite elder dragons to fight. I usually use a spear and shield, specifically the naag serpentblade to take it down. great job!

heheh! Its great, I love fighting the Kirin. It is always a fun and epic battle where timing is everything. I use the Great swords lol so I hafta time things right >.< or I miss and get wailed on... Anyways, Great Pic!!!
