feel free to use on dA, just give me credit (i've put a lot of work in this) and send me a link to see what you've done.

Hoya there! I know it's been 5 years but since you still have that message asking for permission, I thought I'd oblige and bug you Do you mind if I use this for a small university task? Half of the course is about website design, but I'm already experienced with that so I thought I'd go a bit above and beyond.
This 5% task was to take a HTML file and style it into something presentable without touching the HTML code whatsoever. Case in point, you have to use CSS only and aren't even allowed to change a single character in the HTML.
So before: [link]
And after!: [link]
You can see your little grey post-it note being used in the menu and footer and it's been a major help! For some reason I was blind to the thumbtack/s in the same file and didn't use it... Maybe because I Googled for Post-It notes and thumbtacks separately

Hi!
Wow, the change certainly looks impressive, I like it. Use freely, no problem. The asking for permission part was a somewhat pissed off reaction to something I have completely forgotten since and more about commercial projects and what not, even though it seems I forgot to actually specify that. I actually just like to see what people create with my stuff.
So, thank you for kindly asking for permission and for sharing you work with me.
I wish you luck with your course!

Thanks, I put a lot of effort into it as well, so I know how you feel. To be honest, I did actually find this on some vector download website that didn't list the creator. It took some time, but I thought it would be best to find out the real original author and give them credit
Thanks again!

Thank you for your effort! Like a said, credit is not a priority, but I really love seeing what people create. And you've done a really good job.

Hello Masseva,
I came across the art link for your notes and pins on 123freevectors and would like permission to use it for commercial purposes. The art will be embedded in other art so there won't be a way to give you credit on the site but I can send you a pdf of how it will be used.
Thank you,
BSS

originally i didn't want my vector resources leaving dA but, well, by now i'm sure they're all over the net by now anyway, so go ahead - you have my permission. just give me credit and provide a link to my dA page, if possible.
