EM Wave Physiology - Spectrum Specter is composed of em waves/energy thus he is immune from physical contact meaning he is always intangible, and can manipulate, control and generate the electromagnetic spectrum like radio waves, gamma rays, cosmic, X-rays, light, microwaves, ultraviolet radiation, infrared radiation, ionic, thermal radiation, radiation and electricity for attacks

Absorption - he can absorb energy and radiation and then convert them in em energy of any kind from the electromagnetic spectrum depending on the wavelength/frequencies

Flight - he can fly at fast as light speeds due to how fast em waves are

Electromagnetic Perception - Spectrum Specter can see the wavelengths/frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum that are visible only to him, he can see radio waves, radar, infrared, visible light, ultraviolet, power waves, x-rays, gamma rays, and even cosmic rays

Invisibility - Spectrum Specter can go invisible by changing the wavelength of his em body

Radiation Immunity - he is immune to radiation due to his em wave physiology

Wavelength Understanding - he can also learn and imitate the wavelengths/frequencies of energy and radiation to either absorb or bypass them

Light Generation - he can generate light from his body
