I love the lighting you use for the cyber punk artworks. Very atmospheric! The rain adds into it really nicely too and the buildings/structures are very cool. Personally, I think I would imagine a few more neon lights maybe dim somewhere off in the distance. Or just small lights that run along the bridge or whatever. At the moment the neon lights you use catch a lot of attention. In a cyber punk city I imagine them to be just part of the city sight.
Anyway, good work! Keep it up!
