I remember laughing at Zarok's rant before fighting this thing: "None shall defeat the mighty Zarok- *bawk, bawk, bawk,- um, *ahem*- so prepare to die, Fortesque."
I really need to start playing this game again.

Download a PSX emulator or ePSXe. Yeah, this game is awesome, but am i the only one who noticed, that if it wasn't for the Medieval times' humor in this game, it would be kinda scary?

No need for an emulator- I found the game, years ago before gamestop stopped selling/trading PSone games.
Yeah,MediEvil would be rather scary without all the gags and humor in it. If that were so, it would have faded to obscurity. To me, though, it just isn't Medievil without Dan mumbling without a jaw or the gargoyles taking pot shots at him every now and again.
I actually wrote a novelization fanfic for MediEvi, years ago- I've yet to finish it, but I hoped to capture the elements of fear and comedy... and from most of the reviews I've gotten on it, I seem to have succeeded.
