AAAARGH! 11 p.m. is the worst time to practice a new style!!! DXYeesh! Too darn sleepy to explain much about this one XD.
So yeah, I tried to do the SA (Sonic Adventure) style of coloring...and...I think it worked out
,..okay okay it looks really messy XD! But I just HAD to try. With the limited tools that I got, I tried to test each and every tool so that I could figure out what makes the effect. Well I got something thats JUST AS CLOSE to getting the effect down XD.Finally, I need your opinion! Please give me you honest thoughts about this! If there is anthing wrong,miss-placed,miss-colored, or is it just not so nice, please tell me. If theres something wrong, tell me because I want to improve on it as well^^.

Not sure if I recommended it before but you could try GIMP ^^ Similar to Photoshop, just diff layout
