In the Sinnoh region, there's a gym leader named Candice. She uses ice type pokemon. Two of candice's pokemon
are grass/ice type pokemon: Snover & Abomasnow. (sorry if I misspelled Snover's evolved form's name.) She's strong! (Oh, if you look at snowpoint city from above, it looks like a big snowflake!)
