Description Yay, butterfly flutter-by~~ teehee
I based this off a sketch in my doodle-pad, although I didnt actually look at the sketch as I painted this, so it turned out quite different to what I intended.
I also did a digital painting of this picture, just for comparison purposes.

Time: 3 hours more-or-less
Median: Watercolour Paints on a wooden board.

well i have to say that it is simply outstanding! the bird itself is remarkable, but i love the backround. all in all, a splendid piece of work^^

Since digital is everywhere I suppose good old watercolour's can work wonders ^^ Ah well..

hmmm...the digital version is indeed beautiful, but yes, i think i prefer the tradional more!
