Beautiful, reminds me of photos you'll see taken of people with medical abnormalities, his pose and expression...
Gives me the vibe of some random, normal guy who started experiencing these growths in his head and is, like most people, unhappy about it, bowing his head to present the deformity...You get the feeling it wasn't like that before, and it started out small before growing, and it's going to keep growing - time lapse...just the vibe I get from it though, I don't know your intentions
