EDIT: I changed the color of her eye. I'm partial to yellow/amber..

It seems that the only time I can find inspiration is when I'm having an overload of emotions.

Anyway, so this is partially a vent and partially background practice..So I'm asking for critiques on the background only. I'd prefer the critiques to come from MS Paint users, or former MS Paint users, since that's the program I used to make this. The reason I want MS Paint users to critique it is because MS Paint is the only program I can use for the time being, so I want to learn as many tricks to it as possible. I do appreciate all critiques, though.

I may or may not reply to all of them, but I will read and consider each one.

By the way, this is a character I adopted a few weeks back. Her name is Uta, and she's a GSD/Pit/Rottie mix.
