i like the use of contrast between the white background half of the artwork and the colour half of the background as well as the detailed technique used in the bottom half. it really brings the art to life and gives us that sheer image of what the artwork resembles symbolically and literally. the fine detail on the creature also gives the viewer depth and fear but at the same time astonishment. i have seen peiople do digital art many times and for me its an overused technique as i am more traditional and i cant do digital for anything. but in this artwork the digital technique has made the fantasy reality and brought this horrifying yet pleasurable beast to life, it is a work of art and really had a lot of thought go into the artwork. i love it.
