You may remember that, not long ago, I drew a boxing poster featuring a dog called Butch and a cat called Rex, inspired by the top toony work of Salvador Meza. (If you can't remember that at all, just go over here: [link] and try to pay more attention next time.) You may also know that Salvador subsequently created an image of the two burly brawlers squaring off in the ring (just over here: [link] ), with the mauling moggy giving Butch a right old clout up the side of the head. Well, the above picture follows on from that one, showing the next key moment in the match - and as you can see, Rex has managed to follow up his initial attack and catch the bulldog off-guard with a big left paw to the belly. Ouch, eh?

It's not the best of starts for Butch, that's for sure. But what will happen next? Stay tuned, fight fans, because there'll be more coverage from our main event very shortly! But first, here's a word from our sponsor.
