really really nice textureing.
How did u achieve the "copper on top of the blue-effect" ? Modelling, shaders..
Did u use IvyG for the brach looking thingys ?
I faved it

i dont know exactly what you mean with " copper on top of the blue" but i did not use ivy i painted splines onto the mesh and gave them a thickness
and there is no texture used just procedural maps and shading

hehe.. it was also hard to describe I meant the rusty effect, which looks a bit like breadcrumbs.
But guess its part of the shader work. I cant paint splines onto other objects in C4D. Well I dont know the trick ..
Which software do u use?

realflow and max for this, you cant paint the splines on meshes in max by default too, but there are so many little scripts and plugins for max, thats why i prefer max instead of c4d. ye the "breadcrumbs" is just a simple procedural shader too

ahh okay maybe theres made something similar to c4d. I have once in a while felt the need to be able to make something which follows the outside of an obj. Great work dude

yeah i consciously exaggerated the dof effect to keep the point of interest on the detailed right side of the image

The depth of field seems a little awkward..

The materials, texture, lighting??? WOW
