The anatomy is looking good!

watch out for sketchy inking and stiff poses; they're hard to work around, but it'll make your art a lot more appealing if you manage to figure them out.

the second arm's positioning. In this pose where one arm is performing an action, the other arm should be relaxed. What you have drawn is an arm that appears to be taut and moving towards the center of the body. You may want to consider how human arms look relaxed and draw that. Then alter the arm using the perspective of the overall image, and it should look more organic and less stiff.

That alone will help a majority of stiffness. Another thing to consider is the height of the shoulders; they should be sloping downwards for the unused arm, while the elevated arm that is saluting should have the shoulder raised a bit to accentuate the arm being elevated.

Essentially, there are two steps to human figure drawing. First is making sure you have all the parts necessary, then you need to make sure all the parts are moving or bending in the right directions to give life to your art. Unjustified action in a pose will always be seen as stiff or inorganic; so if it looks like he's too stiff or in an unreasonable pose, chances are you'll need to look at his anatomical structure again to see how it can be fixed.

hope this helps!!
