Another of 's amazing pieces. This time it's one of his modoks. You can see the original work here . I had a blast coloring this tonight. I'm going to rework it some more and try to push it even farther (thanks wade
). Critiques are very welcomed and you can be harsh...i won't cry...much.

Thanks!! For highlights i normally just use a feathered brush with 100% white and go from there. For colored highlights i usually just play around with variations of the base color and layer modes.

all right, thank you. how did you get that glow of the coronet? did you start with a purple glow and the dodge tool afterwards?

That was a splash of purple and then i played around with the liquify tool and then copied the layer and played with layer blending modes. Hope that helps!
