Description
Commissioned redraft of the Cecerops protomech.The idea being as they moved into more mass production, a lot of the more exotic features got eliminated or reduced. Some of the body styling of the original Cecerops remain, but the head and upper body are changed considerably.

Nope.
The original version of the fellow was the one that looked like a cobra-man.
In this the cobra hood flared into a wider body top, and the beast head became somewhat more standardized. I do like the idea that the wider set sensors on the upper body gave the pilot incredibly accurate 3D perception.
