Description
Just a rough layout guide to the Ossus academy. i have been asked a few times, and thought this rough will suffice for now. Any input would be appreciated

perhaps an area of private meditation chambers for those whose meditations can be..fretfull at times., an artifact storage room for artifacts and holocrons to be kept safe from hands not ready to use them, and finally an emergency 'war-room' would not go too far in need to be added.

how about an armory, and maybe a workshop(jedi have to create their own lightsaber right?) and you could make something like a herb garden for healing herbs(and now that i mention healing, an infirmary or medic post)

Well, did you seen Jedi Temple on Coruscant? 
But when I will add the nearby village, it would be it. Just thinking the living compartment is smaller than it would be.

Maybe just to make on both sides of the "pyramid" a buildings with the living quarters. That would make it sufficiently larger

damn it, I really want to put that freighter captain in your setting, but I can't find the comment I made which originally made him, and all I can remember is that he liked saying "kark" a lot.
Especially in regards to Jedi and Sith.
He doesn't like the Force, but the Force seems to like him, judging by how often he crosses paths with Force-sensitives.

He's even got a crew, which I remember wasn't mentioned in his introductory comment. His muscle, so to speak, are a Wookiee and a Trandoshan - and the two of them are best friends somehow. 
The Sable Wasp and her crew are a bit... eclectic.

Out of curiosity, what's the accepted format for submitting a Rogue character and his crew? and ship?

Take a look on the profiles of our OCs and NPCs, but pretty much its individual. But it would be something like this:
Name:
Species:
Gender:
Age:
Hair color: (you can also add here a length or hair style if you want)
Eye color:
Skin color:
Homeworld:
Weapon:
Profession:
Affiliation:
Strengths: (good traits and abilities)
Weaknesses: (the opposite)
Likes:
Dislikes:
You can change it as you like. You can add your own things, or take them out. Like if you will have Wookiee, adding his skin color will be redundant
To make it simple, add all OCs of crew of your ship into one deviation, and name it something like "SW OC Group: *ship name*". Again, depending on their species and so on
